GoManga is an AI-powered presentation platform that enables users to create, edit, and share presentations, documents, and websites. The Service includes web-based tools, AI content generation, and collaboration features.

3. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using GoManga. GoManga retains all rights to the platform, including its software, design, and AI models. By using the Service, you grant GoManga a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely to provide the Service.

6. Subscriptions and Payments

GoManga offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly basis. Credits are allocated per billing cycle and do not roll over. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

7. AI-Generated Content

Content generated by GoManga's AI features is provided "as is." You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or sharing. GoManga does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or originality of AI-generated output.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoManga shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
