This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes prohibited activities when using GoManga. Violation of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

1. Prohibited Content

You may not use GoManga to create, store, or distribute content that:

  • Is unlawful, defamatory, or fraudulent
  • Promotes violence, harassment, or discrimination
  • Contains malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
  • Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Promotes illegal drugs, weapons, or controlled substances

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access the Service beyond normal usage
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Use the Service to send spam, phishing emails, or deceptive communications
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization
  • Circumvent usage limits, credit systems, or access controls

3. AI Usage Guidelines

When using GoManga's AI features, you agree not to:

  • Generate content intended to deceive, mislead, or impersonate real individuals
  • Use AI to generate content that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to extract or reverse-engineer the underlying AI models
  • Use AI-generated content in ways that could cause harm to individuals or groups

4. Resource Usage

You must use the Service within reasonable limits. Excessive consumption of AI credits, storage, or bandwidth that significantly impacts other users may result in temporary throttling or account review.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this policy, please report it to abuse@gomanga.com.

6. Enforcement

GoManga reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including warning, suspension, or permanent termination of accounts. We may also report illegal activity to law enforcement authorities.
